Tuition & Fees
Your tuition covers everything—courses, teacher support, grading, and materials. No hidden fees, ever. We offer 12-month payment plans for flexibility, or choose an annual plan to receive a discounted rate.

Middle School Tuition - 6th-8th Grade
$2,200 Annually -or- $199 Monthly
High School Tuition - 9th-12th Grade
$2,600 Annually -or- $239 Monthly
Elementary Tuition - K-5th Grade
$1,900 Annually -or- $179 Monthly
All families must pay a one-time non-refundable $75 application fee upon applying for admission. Students entering in 12th grade will be charged a $150 application fee.

Notes
Students with prior school records (including Highland Prep Academy transcripts) can submit them for credit. All transcripts are subject to approval.
Students without transcripts for prior courses may need to take tests for credit. Some courses may alternatively require portfolios or project submissions. Study guides will be provided and/or portfolio requirements.
High School tuition includes AP and CTE Courses depending on student qualifications.
Highlands Glen Academy reserves the right to waive policies and fees at its discretion.
Refund Policy
All application fees, enrollment fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable. These fees cover processing, placement, and onboarding services that are completed upon submission.
Tuition is refundable only within a limited window. Families may request a full tuition refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided the student has not meaningfully engaged in the course(s) (including accessing lessons, submitting work, or completing activities).
After 7 days, or once coursework has been accessed, tuition becomes non-refundable.
In cases of extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the administration.
Failure to participate, log in, or complete coursework does not qualify for a refund.
